Silvia Boca holds a MA in Architecture awarded at the Politecnico di Milano in 2013, after presenting a thesis  entitled “A new station at Montazah (Alexandria) as a hub for agricultural training centres”.

Since November 2016, she is a PhD candidate co-funded by MODSCAPES and the Department of Architecture, Built environment and Construction engineering, Politecnico di Milano, where she develops a thesis entitled “Memory and Invention of a Promised Land”.
