Sara graduated with honors in 2014 with a design-based Master thesis on the reclamation of the Falck area, an ex-industrial site in Sesto San Giovanni (Mi). The project deals with the design of a sports and leisure park (thesis winners of Special Mention at Premio Mantero for the best design thesis 2013-2014).

She holds a Ph.D. in Architecture, Built environment and Construction engineering after developing a research project focused on grassroots sport architecture comparing two European contest: England and Spain.

Since 2015 I have been tutor at Architectural Design Studio, Master of science, School of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction Engineering, Politecnico di Milano (Prof.ssa Francesca Bonfante). The studio deals with the design of grassroots sport facilities in the suburb of Milano.

Within MODSCAPES she is collaborating for the setting of the final exhibition.
